Simply stated, they are an organizational tool that is used by businesses to keep track of all of the relevant details of a relocation program and make sure that each point is accounted for so business relocation can go smoothly. Therefore, the points that occupy that list will deal with practical matters like the physical address and the surround neighborhood. Some of these types of check lists are often incorporated into the business relocation studies that are conducted by both individual businesses and professional business relocation agencies. What are some these practical matters? They might include size of premise, utilities service quality, availability of parking, outer appearance, as well as accessibility of location. These factors will be used in weighing the current business premises with possible relocation sites.
